Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to:

Credit my Discord or Twitter everytime you post my work.
Allow me to use your commissioned pieces as an example on my portfolio
Do not edit my artwork in any way without asking me first.
Do not remove a watermark or signature.
Ask / inform me if you want to use my artwork for merchandise or online branding

Please read these through before commissioning me:

Payment

I will accept Paypal or Ko-fi as payment
When commissioning me for an artwork or 3D model, it must be paid either in full or with a 50% downpayment and pay the remaining amount once the piece is complete.
And extra fee of 15% will be added if you want to use the artwork for commercial purposes (such as merchandise, advertisements etc)
Any major changes throughout the process of creating the artwork/model will cost an extra fee. The fee may vary depending on the change.
Changes for 2D art during the sketching phase is free.

Commission

Please be aware that it may take a few weeks to several months for me to finish your commission. Especially 3D model commissions will take long. I will keep in contact and warn you if it will take a bit longer than usual.
Please do not push me/ spam me with messages if I'm taking long.
When providing me with reference images, please make sure it's not any of the following:
- Too pixelated
- Too small
- Incorrect colours/ intense shading
- Not up to date
I will not work on descriptions only, unless its for a fully custom/ creative freedom design.
I, as the artist, have every right to refuse a commission without any spoken/given reason.
